Good Morning Kenrick - We all have experiences which at the time seemed terrible and then later turned out to be the very best thing for us...I believe Napoleon Hill said; "Within every adversity there is the seed of equal or greater oppportunity". Which means at the very moment something rotten is happening there is something good about it......and therefore the question "What could be great about this situation?" has served me very well over the years.....and yes there were times when I had to ask it hundreds of times before my other than conscious mind gave me the answer that empowered me.
